Warm-Up: 500m Row (1:53)

WOD - 4RFT:20 KB Swings (1.5P)20 Overhead Squats (95lbs)
Felt great on the strength work, though the deads felt heavier than they did the last time.  Despite that, I was really pleased to hit a 10lb PR on the snatch, which is a pretty weak movement for me to begin with.  The WOD, if I had to name it, would be called “That which should never be done again”.  It had zero recovery and totally smoked my legs.  Time was 14:10.
Looking forward to taking it easy for the rest of the day.
