Felt great on the strength work, though the deads felt heavier than they did the last time. Despite that, I was really pleased to hit a 10lb PR on the snatch, which is a pretty weak movement for me to begin with. The WOD, if I had to name it, would be called “That which should never be done again”. It had zero recovery and totally smoked my legs. Time was 14:10.
