Always nice to start the morning off with a PR. Hit 325# on my front squat this morning. Last time I maxed out on this was some time last year so I had no clue where my max was. More than happy with where I ended up.
The WOD this morning was a 12 minute snatch and box jump ladder. 3 snatches & 3 box jumps, 6 snatches & 6 box jumps, so on and so on for 12 minutes. RX on the snatch was 75 which I bumped up to 95. I made it through the round of 18 snatches but didn’t get to the box jumps to finish the round. Felt pretty good considering the load on the shoulders. Topped the morning off with a 1000m row after the WOD (4:07).
Left the gym feeling pretty good and energized. Worn out, but in that “it hurts so good” kind of way. Planning on hitting the pool during lunch and getting some laps in.
