My wife and I have the same luck when it comes to gym equipment and our ankles.
Welcome to my first CrossFit Oopsy! Hope this doesn’t put a big wrench in my running this week! Did a great WOD tonight… The Pain Train, literally!
Running finally felt normal, that is until I rolled my ankle, lovely!
We shall see what tomorrow holds…
