Strength - Clean & Jerk:

The WOD felt pretty good.  My running was the weakest area for me, but made up the time moving the barbell.  The weight wasn’t heavy so it was a matter of keeping an even pace and making sure I was doing the movements correctly.  19:18 @ RX.
