Did some strength work during open gym. Shocker, right? Started with heavy jerks off the rack. Then I worked some power cleans around 70-80% of my 1RM. Did 3x165 EMOTM for 10 minutes and then 2x185 EMOTM for 10 minutes.
For the WOD, I subbed 95# barbell snatches for the dumbbell snatches. Did better on my mile than I thought (8:51). Pretty gassed after the snatches and had to pause to let my heart rate come down. Overall time was 19:45.
