Hit the house of pain this morning, and it was great to be there without the time restrictions I have had the past 2 weeks.
Strength - Power Clean:
115 x 5 (2 sets)
145 x 3
165 x 3
195 x 1
215 (F)
205 (F)
Strength - Clean & Jerk:
185 x 1
195 x 1
205 x 1 (PR)
I was so close to hitting 215 and 205 on the power cleans that I tried it again.  Finally nailed 205, breaking over 200, which has been a goal for quite a while. 
Strength - Snatch:
115 x 3 (5 sets)
135 x 3
145 x 2 (4 sets)
My friend wanted to do a different WOD than what was on the board.  If left up to me, I would have programmed something that played to my strengths.  So I told him to come up with the workout.  I kinda wish now I had not said that.
WOD: 25-20-15-10-5
Bench Press (135lbs)
GHD situps
Run a 400 after each round
Pretty nasty.  Second round it was clear how the bench, even at a light weight, was going to wear me out.  Running felt sluggish in the heat and my ankle was hurting.  Stuck it out and did it.  28 minutes and some change.
We had talked about doing a snatch WOD but everyone in our class left.  I rested for about 10 or 15 minutes and then setup a spot in the corner.  I picked a weight that wouldn’t be light, but that I could also do unbroken throughout, which for me was 115. Ended up doing 3x115 every minute on the minute for 25 minutes.
Freaking love Saturdays.
