Breakfast: Egg & egg whites, fruit, turkey sausage, Ezekiel bread with sugar free jelly, coffee. Snack 1: grain pita chips with hummus. Lunch: turkey crumble “sandwiches” with baby spinach and onions, fruit. Snack 2: Left it at home by accident, had some almonds at work instead.
