Few things suck more than thrusters, but I am getting better.
WOD - 4RFT:
15 SDLHP
Run 400m or row 500m
5 thrusters
The RX weight was 85 lbs and the beast weight was 115.  Not sure if my shoulder, which is still a little tweaked, could handle 115, I went middle of the road at 95lbs.  For the first round I rowed and then decided I had enough of that and ran the rest.  Running let me catch my breath a little more than the rowing did. I have to say that I hit 500m on the row in 1:43 which is good for me.  After the first round I was glad I did not try 115.  Those SDLHPs really wore me out.  As in, “why the hell are these wearing me out” kind of thing.  I could have handled the heavier weight on the thrusters, though.
One advantage of having a friend that is faster than you, like Peto (who ripped this WOD a new one), is that you get photos of you during the WOD like this one.  Flexibility has always been huge with me.  I have never been flexible.  I have never really lifted weights and certainly never had weight overhead.  When I first started CrossFit back in March of 2011, this movement really sucked (It still does).  I never thought I would be able to push the weight back properly.  So it is kinda cool to see that not only am I capable of lifting heavier weights, pushing over head, but also have the flexibility to engage this with proper form.
