FINALLY

A little track work
On the weekends some friends and I have been hitting a local track to work on intervals.  It is so far out of my comfort zone, especially since I am the slowest runner there, but so badly what I need. 1 mile warm-up at an easy pace, 400m hard, 800m, 400m hard, 12 stadium stair runs, then a 400m jog to cool down.  Nothing like interval running to get that heart rate up.
